Step I: Signed, Sealed, Delivered…I’m yours!
We both sign a simple listing management agreement. This allows us to then build and run your STR accounts as your “Co-Host.”
Step II: Performing Our Due Diligence
We’ll perform a market analysis on places similar to yours so that we can develop a pricing and positioning strategy. Additionally, we’ll tour your property and figure out how to leverage its unique qualities to create a themed guest experience that will help you stand out from the crowd.
Step III: Build & Launch an Attractive Listing
Using our proven branding and marketing techniques, we’ll build your listing so that it has the right imagery, language, and positioning to quickly get you to “Superhost” status and convince renters to pick your property over others in the area.
Step IV: Take Care of All Maintenance, Cleaning, & Restock Supplies
One of our core services is to make sure your property gets maintained and turned over between guests. This ensures a consistent quality standard and helps you get those coveted five-star reviews.
Step V: Utilize our Pricing Strategy
With the market analysis as a guide, we’ll use our expert knowledge of the STR market in Northern Michigan to actively price your listing so that it best meets your occupancy and financial goals.
Step VI: Handle ALL Guest Communication
We will handle all guest communication before, during and after their stay to ensure your guest’s needs are met, feedback is heard and they have a great time in Northern Michigan!
Step VII: Show me the $
Since your listing will be hosted in your name and we are the “Co-host,” you will be paid by the booking channel after each booking directly. We will send you sales metric reports and monthly invoices to keep you well informed of your rental’s progress.
